Personal Directors Liability (PDL) is an innovative policy designed to respond to increasing liability exposures faced by independent directors serving on boards of major corporations.

The policy affords each independent board member with his/her own dedicated limit not shared by the entity or other board members. It lies excess over existing D&O coverage as well as any indemnification by the corporation.

Total aggregate limits of $10,000,000 are available.
