Pamela K. Zeldin, Senior Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in the wholesale insurance marketplace. Pam is a specialty lines broker who has been working with the leading insurance carriers writing executive and management liability risks. She holds a B.A. in Sociology/Government and a J.D. Prior to her insurance career, Pam held various legal positions in city government and private firms.

Pam is a member of the Chubb Wholesale Producer Advisory Council (PAC), which represents the top wholesaler producers nationwide for Chubb Wholesale. Additionally, Pam was named one of the Top Ten Wholesale Producers for Shand Morahan & Co., in 2003. She is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), which is a leading insurance association in the Professional Liability and D&O industry.

MSM is located in the financial district in downtown New York City, and is recognized as a specialist in the wholesale arena by brokers and insurance carriers alike.

Claudia Brown, Broker, joined MSM in January 2004. She has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry, the majority of which have been as a wholesale broker. Claudia has a B.A. in Education and has completed several professional courses in insurance. Claudia is a licensed P&C broker.

Josephine LaTempa, Account Manager, joined MSM in June 2005. She brings prior P&C experience to MSM in addition to office management and surplus lines authority. Josephine has a B.S. in Business Administration and is a licensed P&C broker.

Michael LaMarca, CISR, Account Executive, joined MSM in December 2006. He brings a business and accounting background to MSM in addition to being a graduate of a leading insurance academy. Michael is a licensed P&C and L&H broker and he holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
